Tupper Mini Mentorship Conference
Tupper mini school's annual Mentorship Conference will be held this year on April 24th. This conference is a great opportunity for students to meet professionals and experts in various fields of interest. Students will learn about what life working in those fields entails and some of the experiences they had along the way. Fields such as engineering, law, science, politics and art will be represented and everyone will have something to explore.
Bryan Hong works as a senior accountant for Smythe LLP. He specializes in taxes and has his CPA and In-Depth Tax Specialization certification.
Kehl is a self-employed consultant with 20 years of experience. He was born in Comox, BC, and moved to Vancouver in 1984.
Virtual Reality Artist
Amar Allen is a Virtual Reality artist who has worked in video games and digital art for more than 20 years. He was born in California and raised on the West Coast
Ryan Conder is a STEMCELL scientist who has developed medical treatments for diseases such as cystic fibrosis and intestinal cancers. He was born and raised in Vancouver.
Jayson works for MDA Corporation as a research analyst on radar remote sensing. He co-founded a successful medical imaging company.
Senior Medical Physicist
Alanah has been proudly working at BC Cancer for 21 years. She is part of the Radiation Therapy Department and has brought new technologies and ideas to the department.
Obstetrician and Gynecologist
Hanna is a self-employed obstetrician and gynecologist who works with UBC Hospital as well as BC Women's Hospital to teach medical students and post-graduate surgical residents.
